Garbage-free Baby Tushy Cream
Homemade Tushy Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Shea Butter
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1 tbsp. Beeswax
2 tbsp. Vegetable Glycerin
Instructions:
Melt shea butter, coconut oil, and beeswax together in a saucepan until combined. Then, remove from heat and add vegetable glycerin. Mix together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Pour into a jar or container and let cool. It will firm up as it cools.
Garbage-free tips:
Store in an up-cycled glass jar
Beeswax can be very difficult to clean from pans and the electric mixer. I have a saucepan and mixer I use exclusively for homemade products such as lotion, cream, and body butter.
I use with cloth diapering and have found no issues
This cream also works great on cracked skin and hands for mom and dad :)
