My name is Meg. Nice to meet you!

I’m currently a student at Nutrition Therapy Institute (NTI), studying to become a certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner. I’m learning a holistic approach to health through nutrition strategies & lifestyle. I’m almost finished with the program (Spring 2024) & have gained an amazing foundation of knowledge that I’ll continue to build upon in my courses. I’m excited to start sharing what I’ve been learning with you—helping you become a healthier & happier human 🙂.

My approach is based on balance in nutrition & lifestyle—not perfection. I DON’T focus on weight loss as the priority. I focus on how you feel & alignment with your overall goals. Let’s look at health in the long-term and NOT short-term diets. My goal is to give you the tools to create consistency & healthy habits in your everyday life to sustain over a lifetime. It’s all about making small changes that accumulate to a large impact over time.

Topics I focus on for holistic health:

I have a food-first mentality. You are what you eat. I use supplements just as the word describes, as a supplement to your diet, but I find them necessary in certain scenarios.

I view healthcare as picking the right foods & lifestyle habits. It’s an investment & preventative measure to keep you out of our current healthcare system (making frequent trips to the doctor.)

1) Free Initial Consultation

2) 6 weeks to a healthier human ($549)

What you can expect:

  • Personalized recommendations. I’ll provide personalized recommendations in these categories: nutrition, sleep, movement, mindset/stress management, and environment. All recommendations stem from a combination of your personal goals, and where you are starting from (you will complete a 5-day food/lifestyle journal and health history questionnaire).

  • Weekly accountability check-ins. Each week, for 6 weeks, we will touch base on how your journey is going. I’ll provide additional resources or tools, depending on what goals you’re working towards.

  • Starting small and adding habits over time. Starting something new can feel overwhelming. I will share ‘big-picture’ goals with you, but then start with small, attainable habits and add more over time as you feel ready. Consistency is key!


3) 12 weeks to a healthier human ($749)

What you can expect:

After your package has been used up, if you’re looking for additional accountability check-ins or nutrition deep-dive meetings:

  • $30 for a 30 min meetup

  • $60 for a 60 min meetup
